This month Venus holds us to honing our independence, our boldness, and spontaneity for going after what we instinctively desire. Destiny is calling and we need to be both brave and innocent enough to traverse the subtle field of intuition, with trust in our mature discernment as to which blessings beckon us versus the sirens’ call into distraction, overindulgence, and unnecessary risk-taking.
We are having deeply internal conversations with ourselves, with our bodies, about our needs and boundaries based on our response to stimuli moment to moment. Some detail about our health, some ritual or routine needing to be implemented, wants to reveal itself to us. This is a process occurring in phases and more information will come to light after eclipse season and Mercury’s retrograde.
Spring is here in the northern hemisphere and the new solar cycle begins. Our very being, embodied heart and mind, is illuminated by the sun and we may start to integrate an awareness of our individuality previously hidden by the shadows of our insecurities. Inner equity and justice for our feminine and masculine energies is required to rebuild our foundations on emotional maturity and accountability.
No one has any patience left for fragility, manipulation, or control dynamics in any form of relationship. We are washing away our oldest collective victim consciousness and becoming like newborn babes without a past, while at the same time feeling more secure in the ancestral roots and rich cultural histories that tether us to this planet through wisdom and care. - Katina Castillo
